You have the answers to the questions your clients are searching for online, but are you giving Google something to work with? Or is your online presence just a cold list of credentials with zero street cred?
A blog-first content strategy for addiction recovery professionals.
You didn't get into this work to spend your evenings thinking about what to post on which platform only to get 3 likes and zero followers. (Truly, is there anything worse?) But if you’re not online, how are people actually finding you?
Digital marketing is likely at the bottom of a very long to do list. You’re probably thinking
Ok, yeah, but what do I even post? How do I talk about this without feeling salesy? My time is limited. Is any of this actually working?
Most marketing advice tells you to be everywhere at once. A new platform, a new trend, a new reason to feel behind. That's not a strategy. That's a hamster wheel.
What actually works — especially for the work you do — is depth over width. One piece of content that earns trust, answers real questions, and shows up in search long after you wrote it.
Here's the thing — the families you work with aren't casually browsing. They're searching at 2am, after a crisis, after a conversation they weren't ready to have. They're Googling things like "how do I help my son who won't admit he has a problem" and "what does an interventionist actually do" and "is my loved one ready for treatment."
If you're not showing up in those searches, someone else is.
And silence online isn't neutral. It reads as unavailable. Unestablished. And worst of all, hard to trust.
Imagine opening your laptop on a Monday morning to find that someone found your website over the weekend, read three of your blog posts, and filled out your contact form...all before you had your first cup of coffee.
That's not luck. That's strategy.
In 90 days from now, you could have a full library of thought leadership content doing the work of finding, educating, and warming up your ideal clients — while you're with the people who actually need you.
A 90-day deep dive that builds you a full library of marketing content, optimized for search, written in your voice, and designed to run in the background while you run your practice that you can then reuse and repurpose for years to come.
This isn't marketing management. It's strategy that makes management sustainable — and delegation possible — without losing your authenticity or your edge.
When your marketing is working in the background, you get to focus on the work that actually changes lives. Your website shows up. Your blog answers the questions people are afraid to ask out loud. And the right clients find their way to you — because you left the light on.
want to be the trusted expert families find when they're finally ready to ask for help
would rather have marketing running in the background than sitting on your to-do list
want to delegate content without losing your voice in the process
are looking for someone to manage your social media day-to-day
a quick fix — this is a long game strategy
aren't willing to spend a few hours in discovery on Zoom and in written format — your expertise is the raw material and I prefer to write non-fiction ;)
And because I come to this work from inside the recovery community. I know the language, the ethics, and the stakes.
I know what families are feeling when they land on your website in the middle of a sleepless night or after a difficult conversation. And I know how to write content that meets them there — with honesty, with direction, and without exploiting their pain.
I also know you have more to say than you think. My job is to help you find it.
Honestly, both. If you're interested in more than one service, we can work on them simultaneously!
Not necessarily. The first 12 posts are designed to establish your authority and give Google enough to work with — and they'll keep working for you long after we're done. That said, if you want to keep the momentum going, we can continue working together with an additional 6-post engagement or an annual content refresher. Either way, you'll leave the 90 days with a foundation that stands on its own.
You’ll have 12 posts, a full content calendar, and a year of marketing mapped out. Some clients choose to continue with additional content. Others hand it off to a VA and let it run. Either way, you leave with a system.
Not at all — if you don't have one yet, this is the perfect time to start. All 12 posts will be live on your website within 90 days, so by the end of our engagement you'll have a fully established blog presence ready to work for you.
Every post goes through a review process before it's finalized. You'll have the opportunity to give feedback and request revisions — and because I've done the discovery work upfront, major rewrites are rare.
After a lengthy questionnaire, we start with a deep-dive call where I ask you a lot of questions and clarify what you’ve already told me — about your work, your clients, your philosophy, your offers, and the things you wish more people understood about what you do.You’ll be surprised by how much comes out in that conversation. (That's the point.)
